How come you get a 3 star when creating xbox live?

Asked by xboxfan (110points) January 30th, 2010

Like when you create a gamertag for xbox live, u have 0G, and you get 3 star. Why do you get a 3 star? How can I get to 5 star? Can a 5 star change back to a lower star?

The three stars represent your popularity. For example if I went to your account and clicked submit player review and then clicked prefer this player your popularity will go up and you will get more stars like maybe up to three and a half or four. The same vice versa if I submit your player review as avoid this player your stars will decrease so just get alot of friends and get them to submit a good player review.

@Esculent ok. thanks. But if nobody in my friends list avoid me, my 5 stars wont go down?

Your stars cannot go down unless someone clicks avoid this player on your player review. You can have zero friends and your stars won’t go down. They can only be raised by having someone submit a positive player review on you and they can only go down if someone submits a negative player review on you so as long as you don’t make enemies online you will be okay with your stars rating. Also anyone can submit a player review on you even people who are not your friends.

Because you are neither bad or good. It doesn’t take that long to get up to five stars; You just have to play online a few times.
