Why isn't this line of code appearing in the config.cfg file for 18 Wheels of Steel Haulin'?

The line of code is [uset g_fatigue “1”]. Basically, this is a great game, but I am getting tired of hearing my driver yawn every 5 minutes or so. I saw that if I change the code to [uset g_fatigue “0”], then my driver will never get tired. What’s weird is that this line of code wasn’t in the config.cfg file when the game was first installed on my new computer. Also, I tried manually entering [uset g_fatigue “0”] in the file, but that didn’t work. What would be the best thing to do? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the game?
