What can I substitute for coconut milk in a thai peanut sauce?

I just went to the grocery and bought stuff to make pad thai. My recipe calls for coconut milk and I forgot to get any. Help me quick I am starving and want to get cooking so I can eat. I have canned condensed milk and regular skim milk. Any suggestions?
