Does anyone know of a link for help on solving the change in enthalpy?

Im stuck on some chemistry stuff and i need help. Im not asking anyone to solve it for me, I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good website for a walkthrough or something. I am given the chemical reaction and i need to find the enthalpy.

YOu need to calculate th enthalpy of reaction using the individual bond enthalpies of the chemicals in your reaction.
Total bond energy of rectants – Total bond energy of products = reaction enthalpy.
