So the Jetpack has finally arrived!!! What are the implications of a society where jetpacks are as common a sight as other recreational vehicles like snowmobiles, ATV's and dirt-bikes?

They’ve managed to build a jetpack (technically it’s not a jetpack because it uses fans) that can fly you around for 30 minutes up to 8,000 feet. It costs $75k now, but in 10–20 years they might actually be affordable/somewhat common. Take a look at this video. How will having these available change things?
