Any clue who this christian man is?

Asked by mass_pike4 (2096points) April 20th, 2010

There is a man/preacher who goes around to universities in New England and speaks of Jesus and Christianity. I have seen him on local television on Sunday mornings and he recently attended my university. College students gather around and listen to him speak, but most of all the kids like to try and stump him with their own questions. Often he gets debated. I am really interested in what he has to say, but I do not know who he is. He is a tall and thin older man, about 55, with curly brown hair. If any one knows, thank you!

Is it Hank Hannagraff who calls himself The Bible Answer Man?

That’s the only one who springs to mind who welcomes a challenge like that. Most of them don’t encourage questioning of any sort. But I don’t know that he is limited to the New England area.

I think he also has a regular radio show but perhaps that was in the past. Not sure v

Perhpas he’s someone from Ravi Zacharias International Ministries, who debates on Christian apologetics. There are branches of this ministry in the U.S. and Canada, as well as in other countries. I’ve heard Joe Boot speak and I was impressed. Apparently he’s the Canadian director of this organization.

You could phone or email the local tv station or university. I think they would help you.
