What would your life be like without all the distractions?

Time to turn off the noise, no computer, PDA’s, cell phones, radio’s and TV. OK….pick one TV station and one radio station, but other than that with the flip of a switch all external noise and distractions are gone and other than what you can see in your horizon what will your life be like? What if anything will you do differently? Will you be happier or slowly go out of your mind?
