Is there software to remove the folders of programs I've uninstalled?

Today, I’ve “cleaned house”: on my C:/ drive and uninstalled a passel of programs that I no longer use. However, I didn’t look to see where the folders of these programs were kept in my Program Files section, and now I’m not sure how to start getting rid of the detritus. I have a registry cleaner, and I used it already, so that’s not an issue.

Is there software that can determine which folders/files are for uninstalled programs and delete those folders (and any other unneeded bits) from my computer?
