What is the best online dating site for a single guy?

My brother and his wife met on Match.com. I tried e-Harmony for 6 months and only got a few humorous stories out of it.

My fiancé and I met on a web site, but neither of us would recommend it for anyone looking for romance…our meeting was a fluke.

From several different sources I have read about (I’ve done some research into several of these sites) Match.com seems like a better site for women than men. Eharmony seemed like the better of the two for single guys. I’m still not sure if I want to try either of these two after reading the reviews however.

I work alot and live in a very rural area so online dating may be my best chance at meeting someone. I do not enjoy the bar or nightclub scene either. I was hoping for more responses from anyone that tried ANY online dating site. Maybe offline dating companies are better. I miss my job at a factory I used to work at 15 years ago where women outnumbered men like 6 to 1. I never had a problem with getting dates when I worked there. I tried dating several of my sisters friends (nightmare).
