Is there a good resource for apartment finding in Brooklyn?

Asked by drhellno (40points) July 16th, 2010

In like 2004, real estate agents got wise to Craigslist and that people were finding apartments on their own, listed by owner/manager. And then the agents took over. The market is saturated, everything has a fee. Put in apt/rent into a search, and you get the most obvious domains, most of them acceptable, but not full of options. Is there some magical site that has the best info, aggregated usefully? Even with fees.

I’m looking specifically for Brooklyn, but am open to any answer. Thanks.

My friends have all used a broker or Craigslist. However, this may be your site!
