Blackberry OS upgrade?

I need help with blackberry bold 900 os upgrade to 5.0
I downloaded right programs/files and I follow the steps described on the site/youtube videos but it always stuck at the end…
after opening the application loader…I don’t have anything listed on the box on the screen so cannot continue the installation.
instead of application list..it asks me to contact service provider or system admin
anyone with similar problem??

The only thing to really keep in mind when downloading the software proper for your device is that it needs to be for your model. Be sure to check Options>About in order to check your device model number. The source doesn’t matter so much, just make sure to delete the vendor.xml file.
