Where do you find your mental oasis? Sadly I know some to find their mental oasis in a bottle, or chemical they put up their nose or in their veins. Some fine it in food or hours of mindless video game play. Some find it in social networks or texting anything to anyone at about anytime. Some do find their mental oasis in music, or reading. One of mine is chess, or listening to jazz. What is your best mental oasis when you just want to decompress and give your mind a rest?
