NSFW (Rape Question strong stomachs only) Which of these two behaviors is more shocking (see details)?

The headline of one of our local papers yesterday was “Two men charged in Rape….”. I’ve been around long enough that I didn’t think much could surprise me. I read the article and got to the charges. Pretty self explaning, two guys involved in a rape. Then in the details, only one of the guys committed the rape. The other guy held the woman down for the guy committing the rape. What the? I can’t get my head around this one. Your thoughts? I’m going to submit this and then flag it for the mods to review because it is pretty disturbing so if you see it and then don’t that’s why.
