Is this virus alert on my computer something I need to worry about? What should I do?

I can’t get the pic any bigger….just hold your ctrl key down and spin the spinny thing in the middle of your mouse backwards to make the screen bigger…..then you can see what it’s saying. Not sure what to do about this….
