Why do I keep having dreams of Dr Mehmet Oz when I don't care that much for him?

I do record Dr Oz’s shows. I think he’s a nice man and find parts of the show educational. But I keep dreaming we’re good friends. Why do you think I keep dreaming of him at night? I’m embarrassed to ask but it’s a kind of boring day so I’ll ask anyway.
