Ok, how do I fix this problem with Ubuntu Software?

While trying to install packages from the Ubuntu Software Centre, I got this all of a sudden:

Requires installation of untrusted packages

The action would require the installation of packages from unauthenticated sources.

What must I do to mend this, (I’m not an expert)?
