If you could live with one or the other, which would you choose? Science or art?

We see art everywhere, in literature, music, etc…Just life in general is full of art. Religion counts as a form of art doesnt it? From people’s arguments it surely is (stories, tales, mythology etc).
At the same time, science is everywhere. Biology, physics, chemistry etc.
If you could live without one of these, what would it be and why? What would the world be like then?
