What would happen if my teacher from my online class failed to communicate with his students?

I’m taking an online class and a midterm exam is due Sunday. He posted the information on Wednesday of what he expected on the paper. Instructions were unclear and I know I’m not the only one because many students on the discussion board were confused.

The discussion board is “Ask the Instructor” where he answers all of our questions but he hasn’t. I have e-mailed him and have not received a response. He never returns my phone calls whenever I try to reach him, and it’s not possible to go to his office since it’s the weekend.

I have two days to work on this paper, and I’m afraid I won’t get it done in time or even right when he’s not even responding! All the students are clueless.
