Chest pains what do I do?

okay…So lately sorta I’ve been having these chest pains, maybe heart pains I don’t really know. But uh I don’t know what to do. Is it something serious? I’ve been having to stop for a brief moment and regain consciousness since everything just gets blurry sometimes… Is this something serious? I’ve been having many other issues with myself too, but I don’t feel like getting into the fill detail…
