Have you ever owned a bowflex?

Have you ever had a Bowflex (any model), and if so what are your opinions on it? I am considering getting one, and all the reviews I have read (from various sources) say it is a good piece of equipment for someone who just wants to stay in shape.

I’ve never been a gym person, and I have never bought exercise equipment for my house before. A Bowflex seems like a lot of bang for your buck. What are your thoughts/experiences with it?
