How do I stop my crazy dogs from digging holes and running away?

how can I stop my dogs, or what causes the to dig nine million holes in my yard. My wife and I take them for walks, play with them, give them tons of love, lots of toys, etc. They still digs holes to lay in non-stop, and try to dig out under our fences all over. I have tried all kinds of things, but the turkeys still dig and dig and dig. Help me Fluther!
