NSFW How to get rid of a swollen vein on the penis...?

Alrighty. Feeling weird for asking this on the internet, but that the heck. A while ago (like, two-three weeks, give or take), after some, (normal) masturbation, I developed a hard vein on my penis. It’s hard to describe, good thing I’m good with words. (sarcasm)

I can feel it (on the top side of the penis from my point of view) when it’s not erected, and even more when it is. I doubt it’s normal since it was never there. It’s like, a milimeter to the left of the center, taking up about ⅓ of the penis lenght (when not erected). It’s thin, and I never (never, ever) felt any pain. Not even when I masturbate. It’s just there. It’s not swollen, you can hardly even see it, but it’s there.

All functions have been normal ever since, so I’m pretty confused. Any suggestions?
