Is there such a thing as a pre-paid 3G or 4G enabled laptop I can use without a credit card?

I am looking for something I can pay with either a paypal account, a Visa gift card or a Money Pak Card.

I am looking forr an inexpensive laptop that has this option and would love to hear an answer to my question by someone who uses or has used this service before.
