Has adulthood lived up to your expectations or assumptions?

When I was younger, I just kind of assumed certain things about being an adult, or even being a teenager. Some things have been just about the same as I thought they would. Some things have been soo much better. I was really annoyed that other parts of my life aren’t anything like what I was expecting.
So, what have you experienced? Did you think it would be easy? Did you think it’d be terrible and then were you wrong? What were you expecting?
