I swallowed some plastic, urrrrm what should I do?

so it’s early in the morning and I have been out all night and haven’t slept, which explains why i let my tea steep in a plastic container….let me say that it came with a strainer so I assumed that it would be fine, anyway the plastic cracked and I continued to drink it because I was not paying attention. I am pretty sure I swallowed a small amount of plastic. Now i am a hyperchondriac so I already feel like I am in pain or feeling side effects, and since ask a nurse isn’t around anymore I thought I would ask if swallowing a little amount can be detrimental? ....thanks :)
