I don't own any credit cards; is there any way then, that I can order stuff from Amazon while living in Canada?

From what I can see, there seems to be no way for people in Canada to get stuff from Amazon unless they have a credit card, which I don’t have. PayPal is out, and unless my bank has a main branch in the US (Which mine doesn’t, I don’t think.) I can’t pay for things through my checking account.
Is this right, or is there any other way to get stuff from there with my limited options?
If my boats are well and truly burned, can you suggest another similar site that might accept PayPal or Canadian banks?
