What are the best shoes for working in?

I work up to 12 hour shifts at a department store. I have a lot of foot issues and need good shoes to keep me happy while at work. They need to be stylish enough to not get me crap from my managers for completely ignoring fashion but the main factor is comfort.

I’ve been wearing Sketchers with a Dr Scholl’s arthritis insert in them, but they’re old and starting to fall apart. :(
