Do you think if we set a specific time for a weekly chat session, other Jellies might be more inclined to chat?

I ask because a fitness forum I participate on has a regular Friday night chat and it’s quite popular. If there was a set time when you knew a lot of your Jelly friends would be available to chat, would you be more inclined to use the chat feature?
