Do you believe if a woman or a man is led, obsessed, or moved by a # that it has some kind of spiritual if you will meaning to them and their life?

My girlfriend is drawn to the #8 and after she mentioned it it seemed to be everywhere it was crazy. Myself had a lot to do with the #8 after meeting her and things keep adding up almost like we are meant to be maybe around the #. Possible? I am not sure what are your thoughts?
