Is there a universal size for piping nozzles?

I have received a piping set for Christmas. The pack comes with 8 nozzles. The nozzles are numbered 2, 4, 24, 30, 59, 67, 98 and 104. This suggests to me that there is possibly many other nozzles that would fit the type of piping bag I was given. When I went on the website however there was only a few other nozzles to choose from. The set was from a British website: www.george-east.com. Is it the case that I can buy different nozzles from other companies that follow the same numbered code and that fit the same adapter as the set I have? I have searched for this but as of yet have found nothing. Any advise? Thanks.
