Why won't I get paid from Amazon?

Someone bought a textbook from me for $60. I sent it out a couple weeks ago and still haven’t been paid. Amazon said that my funds are on hold due to a chargeback filed on the order. This may sound stupid of me, but what does this mean and what can I do? I e-mailed the person and they have not responded.
