Is anyone else having this problem with Google?

I use Google Chrome if it’s relevant.
When I search for something on Google, it brings up the results, but when I go to click on the link, it “redirects” me to a page like this. I searched for St. Jude’s hospital btw. The link I clicked on was the actual hospital site, but it redirected me to that page. When I go back to do it again, it redirects me to another page. It takes me a couple of tries to actually get to the page I clicked for. Is this happening to anyone else?
What could be wrong?
