What is best served with meatloaf?

I never really ate meatloaf as a kid [I’m Puerto Rican]. My husband expressed that he really has a hankering for meatloaf. I spent the day preparing one [marinating the meat at least]... and now it’s in the oven.

My question is – what goes well with meatloaf? I’m making rice since it goes with everything, and buttered broccoli because I have it – but what else? It seems it’s missing something. What else should I make? :D
