I have red marks on my groin/penis, could it be an std (NSFW, graphic photos)

This morning I noticed red marks on my groin and what appeared to be white heads. This happens to me sometimes after shaving my groin (which I did 3–4 days ago) so I didn’t think anything of it. Later when going to the bathroom I realized that some of the red marks were on my penis, and that they appeared to be growing more numerous on my groin. I “popped” a few of the white head looking things, and puss came out much like regular white heads. My lymph nodes in my groin are very tender, and the one on my left side is even somewhat painful when walking. I also have developed a small fever (99.6 F). I recently had the flu.

Thankfully none of the pictures I’ve found of herpes or syphilis really look like the marks I have. But I am still very concerned. I have had unprotected sex recently, but none of the partners (whom I am at least friends with each) have any symptoms, and one has even been checked. I am including pictures below… THEY ARE GRAPHIC PHOTOS (mods if this is inappropriate please tell me and I will be glad to pull them down).

Does anyone know what this is, and if so any suggestions to make it go away.

Please save the generic see a doctor advice, I’m already planning on it.

(per mod request I removed the actual photo of my penis and cropped the first photo, the marks on the penis look similar to those on my groin, but there are less of them and they are smaller….
