What is a good vegetarian substitute for anchovy dressing in this recipe?

I’m making a cold salad of grains, roasted cauliflower, and kalamata olives. The recipe calls for anchovy vinaigrette dressing. I’m vegetarian and don’t eat fish. What would be a good substitute – is there another kind of vinaigrette I could make that would add similar flavors?
