Do you know the name of this Garbage Pail Kid?

I’ve been searching the internet for this particular GPK, but I can’t seem to come upon it. Here is what I remember: female, in a half-peeled down sardine can, may or may not look like a mermaid. It isn’t “Ann Chovie.” Help!
