Does Anyone use the One-Handed Dvorak Keyboard Layout?

I have just recently begun using (or learning to use) the Dvorak keyboard as my main keyboard configuration. While doing lots of reasearch to find out what it is all about I came across almost nothing on the one handed versions, even though they are listed on most computer systems as options.

So my question is, does anyone use the one handed Dvorak keyboard layouts? I think it would be a cool thing to have one hand on the keyboard typing and one hand free for the mouse. It would also be cool to show off. Does ANYONE at all use it anymore? I did some pretty extensive research and have yet to find anyone that is currently using it.
