What are some euphemisms for being pregnant that you know of?

There are loads I know, some are funny while others are just plain odd. Don’t know from where they originate however, maybe a cultural thing. I will offer just the two to give a flavour of what i’m after. Up the Duff….romance ain’t dead ;¬}…. & Bun in the oven…weird. Your turn please!
