Any ways of keeping myself awake for a long period of time so I can get through studying/reviewing/doing work?
Sometimes I have no other option but to stay up late to do my work. Sometimes I don’t get home til later or am just so tired when I get home. But I need to be able to get myself through my workload and keep myself awake so I can focus and absorb the material or information I need to know. This is a constant challenge for me. So are there any ways I can invigorate myself so I can get done all the work and study to the point where I feel like I really know something and can remember it even if I’m functioning on less sleep the next day? Also just to put it out there I would really like to have to avoid pulling an all nighter because I don’t know how I could function on less than 5hrs of sleep because Then I’d be worried I would just fall asleep. Thank you.
