What did the Academy get right and wrong in this year's Oscar nominations?

Any snubs or oversights that got under your skin? Any unexpected things they got right? It seems to me that they did a better job than usual getting the right nominees but there are still a few things that got to me (like calling Hailee Steinfeld an actress in a “supporting role”). What do you think?
