I have red, pin prick dots scattered about my body. They look to be tiny broken blood vessels. When I went to the Dr. they told me pale people freckle red dots but all my “freckles” up to about 5 years ago were brown. I heard this could be a sign of cancer but I had them run a blood test on my white count & everything came back normal. Anyone else have this problem?
