What is the best carpet to put in a bathroom?

Yes, I’m aware that it’s unusual to carpet a bathroom.
However, we live in a very old home – and there are no heating vents in or anywhere near the bathroom. We rely quite a bit on the carpet to “capture” and insulate the heat from downstairs in order to keep the bathroom warm.
Now we are looking to replace that carpet, but we’re unsure of what a good choice for a bathroom would be. Is there such a thing? Or are most carpets created equal as far as standing up against a bathroom goes?
