What's your favorite one-pan meal?

Moving into a new apartment in 2 weeks with my boyfriend and I haven’t had my own kitchen in a while. Even longer than that, I haven’t had anyone to cook for.

I’m looking for tried-and-true, delicious, man-pleasing meals that can be prepared in just one pot/pan/skillet/whatever.
