How long does it take to recover from mono?

I had mono in the fall. It totally curtailed my activities for about 6 weeks, but I recovered more quickly than most people said I would. (However, I’m a runner, and I still don’t have my endurance back.) But ever since then, I’ve been sleeping a lot—like 9 to 10 hours a night. Is this normal?
