If you work/ed from home, what do/would you really wear to work?

I often hear people say that working from home comes with the added perk of being able to conduct business in your pajamas, underwear, or heck, even buck naked. Do most people actually take advantage of that perk? What do/would you wear, in all reality?

As most of you know, I work from home full-time. I get dressed every day (even if I’m not working). Just jeans and a shirt, nothing fancy or anything, but it’s real clothes – including shoes. Is that odd? I do own some pajamas, but only ever wear them after taking a shower at night, or when I’m sick. I sleep nekkid. When I get up, I’ve got to throw something on, and pajamas never occur to me. I think I may be insane.
