What's a good "thank you" gift for my hosts?

I have been living with family friends for three months without paying rent, utilities, groceries, or anything. They very generously took me in without even knowing me that well.
My departure is coming up, and I want to get them a really great thank-you gift. This family has everything, and I’m stumped. They do have a good sense of humor. Any ideas?
