No progress is being made on a project I started with my friends, what do I do?

So in around this time last year a friend and I had an idea to create a website. The website’s purposes were entertainment, I would draw a webcomic, we would record little skits. That kind of thing. We quickly realized that the site we wanted ultimately would be impossible to do with just the two of us. So a few months later we had a pretty solid group of people all meeting regularly to discuss the website. At first it looked like things might actually work, everyone was really excited about it. So I started on the comic and everyone else started on whatever it was they were doing in the site. A few months later and the only thing thats been done is the fifty something comic’s I’ve drawn. I was kind of annoyed but decided to just go easy on everyone. I told them they needed to start on things because I couldn’t do everything by myself, they all agreed with me. However a few more months pass and still all thats being done is the comic’s and anything else I decide to take on. So here I am today, still doing everything and its really starting to cut into time I should be setting aside for schoolwork and my free time. My friends all still insist that any day now they’re going to start taking on some responsibility. I don’t want to have to give up the site because I’ve already put quite a bit of work into it, but just being one person at the rate its going it’ll never be done. What should I do?
