Could this be Neuralgia or something else?

My sister has had these symptoms for 10 years.
She’s had a CAT scan of both brain and sinuses and they can’t find anything.
The doctor thinks it’s Neuralgia… however we are not so sure as the pills he gave her didn’t work.
Symptoms : Mainly on the right of her head.
Massive pressure behind her eyes and pain – severe
Pressure in her nose – bridge
Pains in right side of her head – severe
Pressure in her throat like strangling – painful
Sore eye bone and pain in teeth.
When she lies down it’s worse.

I know this sounds like sinusitis but her CAT scan came back clear today – or so the doctor says.
It’s really hurting her and she is scared she has to live with this forever and it really hurts me to see her so hurt.

Any help would be appreciated.
