Are anorexic females clueless, in denial, or just plain frauds?

I had a Facebook account I hadn’t used like forever, then my fiancée, my best buddy my ace cum boom, and members of my fiancée’s family started posting to me and all of a sudden I seem to get inundated with a lot of females with monikers depicting some reference to anorexia like ”Ana Rexic”, ”Ani Rex”, ”Billi Mia”, etc. They post how they have having an ED or purging all the time or being afraid of food or gaining ½ of a pound, but in the same breath seem to cheer loudly about how many times they puke down the porcelain god, go without food or lose a pound. Almost like they are not serious about having the disorder. Makes me wonder if the ”I hate to be this way I want to heat normal” talk is just a bunch of BS, or are they so starved they are in denial what they are really doing and the damage it can cause?
