Does this sound like an allergy?

I hadn’t eaten much yesterday and in the afternoon met up with a friend, we had two glasses of wine and I started getting a head ache then after that I needed to eat and ate a really creamy pasta with smoke salmon but it was really oily.
All night I had a headache from it and then this morning i’ve woken up still with the headache and a twitchy eye!
I had a terrible sleep – does this sound like an allergy?
Or could my twitchy eye and headache be caused from what I did yesterday?
